If your server software has logging enabled, check the console and player logs.
For a public server, I'd also recommend a whitelist until you get the situation under control.
It's definitely the same person. Different names, same skin, same time every night.
Sounds like a bored kid with too much time.
Don't accuse anyone publicly unless you have logs.
Save the evidence, ban the account, and move on.
Got the logs. It was an account nobody on our server recognized.
Banned it and locked the server for tonight.
